THIS IS THE GREATEST SHOW! - The Greatest Showman review

Anyone who knows me knows I love musicals! And ever since seeing the trailer for The Greatest Showman I was desperate to go and see it, even more so once reviews started coming in and I heard how great it was. However going to the cinema is a luxury I can't often afford so I was planning to wait until the DVD came out, but then Vue announced cheap tickets at £5.99 Sunday-Thursday and since D had a week off work we decided to go and see it one Tuesday evening...

The Greatest Showman tells the story of P.T. Barnum, a visionary who rose from nothing and created a worldwide sensation that was the birth of show business.

Everything about this film was perfection- a dazzling cast, I mean Hugh Jackman and Zac Efron? C'MON!, an intriguing, if not historically inaccurate, story line and of course a breathtaking soundtrack!

I knew as soon as it had finished we had a new contender for car journeys soundtrack and had to rush to HMV the new morning and buy it straight away! I can confirm it has been on repeat ever since...

Even though I only paid £5.99 for a ticket I believe this show is worth paying full price to see! So if you can, pop into your local cinema and see it, coz you'll be dreaming with your eyes wide open ;)
